Summary: What went well: the person who checked us into the front desk was amazing and polite and attentive and excellent. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and we have a really tall ceiling, which was lovely and the beds were comfortable. What wasn't great: the bathroom in our particular room look like it was mid renovation and that wasn't acknowledged at all either with a sign or with information to check in. The shower was passibly clean, there were tiles missing, the water pressure in sink toilet and tub was erratic and weird with pipes making insane noises. The bathroom wall ceiling and toilet had damage and holes. The room was great but the bathroom was pretty terrible. Maybe ours was just an in progress room? A small "excuse our mess, we're renovating" sign would have gone a long way. (Not faulting anyone doing the work because it was clear work was being done all over the property, but thinking as a manager that might be a nice way to convey to your guests that they didn't just get a faulty room.)

Summary: We just needed a place to stop and sleep on a trip after driving 13 hours for the day. We didn’t want to spend a lot which was why we picked this place. Wish we would have spent 20 more and gotten a nicer place. Had stayed at many Fairfield Inns and bee pleased. They have always been updated and clean. This place was not. It is currently under construction. The front desk was nice and checked us in quickly. The state of the place is rough. Low popcorn ceilings everywhere. The room was hot and in poor condition. Old furniture and smelled. The bathroom was not clean and shower hardly worked. Both sink and shower drains were clogged and drained very slow.

Summary: The staff was courteous and caring. My son is disabled and had oral surgery the lady in the kitchen went above and beyond for him to ensure he had a comfortable and fulfilling breakfast

Summary: It was amazing. The tub as always have hair in it. Most of the hotels do. Probably because the rag or sponge dont always get everything up especially if its old or dirty. The food many people do not eat pork that sucks. I am a muslim they make enough money to get turkey or beef products
